Project Engineering Manager - Offshore Wind

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering activities for Offshore Wind projects from concept through commissioning.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables in compliance with project requirements, quality standards, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate engineering interfaces across Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Marine disciplines.
• Review and approve engineering documents, design calculations, technical specifications, and vendor deliverables.
• Manage client, consultant, certification authority, and vendor interactions.
• Identify engineering risks, resolve technical issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Drive engineering excellence, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international codes, standards, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 12-20 years of experience in Offshore Wind, Offshore Oil & Gas, Marine, or EPC projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex offshore projects.
• Strong understanding of offshore substations, foundations, cables, topsides, and marine installation activities.
• Experience in engineering project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
