Project Engineering HEAT EXCHANGERS

Description

We are seeking a Project Engineer specialized in heat exchangers to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the design and development of heat exchanger systems, with a strong background in thermal and fluid dynamics.

BE / B Tech in Mechanical with minimum of 10 year in Project Management of Pressure Vessels & Columns / Heat Exchangers / Cladded static equipments/ Piping modules / Skid Packages etc . Should have good communication and presentation skills , technical knowledge of static equipment projects in Oil & gas industry with experience in any of reputed manufacturing companies like L& T/ Thermax/ Godrej etc . Exposure to planning software like Primavera / MS Projects & additional qualification in Contract & Project Mgt will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and develop heat exchanger systems for various applications.
• Conduct thermal and fluid flow analyses to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for manufacturing.
• Conduct performance testing and troubleshoot issues with heat exchangers.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design purposes.
• Experience with heat exchanger design software (e.g., HTRI, Aspen Exchanger Design and Rating).
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
