Project & Engineering Executive (Plant based)

Job Summary

To plan, execute, and manage plant projects and engineering activities, ensuring timely completion, cost control, safety compliance, and adherence to quality standards while supporting smooth plant operations and capacity enhancement.

Initially the incumbent will work from Mumbai location for 6-12 months on a project. Then will move to Bangalore (role's base location). The person will be required to travel for project related work to other cities in India for 3-6 months. This role involves travel for projects.

Base location is Bangalore.

Education - B Tech, Mechanical or Electrical

Mandatory Skills - AutoCAD and MS Office Tools

Reporting to - AGM – Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the construction, installation, and commissioning of machines to ensure projects are completed within allocated cost and timelines.

• Regularly evaluate project progress and quality, address deviations, and manage the issue resolution process to implement corrective actions promptly.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders, both verbal and written, ensuring alignment on project objectives and updates.

• Demonstrate strong computer literacy, including proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Tools with a willingness and ability to advance technical knowledge as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• B.Tech - Mechanical or Electrical

• Possess 1–3 years of project experience and be flexible to travel as required to support project execution and site activities.

• Develop additional tools and refine processes to help all projects run effectively.
