Purpose
- Deliver engineering Scopes for nearshore high voltage cable installation projects and if required tender and FEED.
Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering activities for nearshore high voltage cable installation projects.
Success criteria
- Technical knowledge related to Installation Methodology in Nearshore environment
Primary tasks
- Support and manage projects throughout their lifecycle for Nearshore scopes
- Nearshore Installation Operation e.g. Dredging, PLGR, HDD, Trenching, Pull-in,
including but not limited to this
- Develop and document work methods ,RFP , Project Schedule ,tailored to shallow water vessels/barges and landfall Operation
- Assist in the development projects aimed at enhancing our company's nearshore installation capabilities and competitiveness;
- Engage with diverse stakeholders (Internal / External) and Cross-functional Departments on a daily basis to ensure project success.
Education/Other mandatory courses
- BE, BTech, or higher degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical
Experience
- Substantial experience(8 to 15 Years) nearshore cable or pipeline installation projects, preferably involving barge-based solutions.
IT
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic CAD tools.
- Experience with OrcaFlex or other relevant engineering software is an advantage.
