Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecast
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with design, production, quality assurance, and procurement departments
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, customer specifications, and regulatory compliance
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools (e.g., Gantt charts, ERP/MRP systems, KPIs)
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
- Manage risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve technical and operational challenges with the production team
- Lead thorough documentation, including project files, engineering change notices, and compliance records
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial project management
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
