Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer / Technical Project Manager to lead and manage dual sourcing projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of project execution, engineering coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage dual sourcing projects as a Project Manager and Engineering Lead
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement
- Apply engineering expertise to solve design and process-related challenges
- Conduct and lead Design FMEA / Process FMEA and implement risk mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to Product Development Process (PDP) standards
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Support decision-making through analytical and problem-solving approaches
Required Skills
- Strong Project Management experience (technical projects preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Product Development Process (PDP)
- Expertise in Design FMEA / Process FMEA
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to evaluate and implement engineering solutions across applications
Desired Skills
- Experience in machine design and component design
- Exposure to risk assessment and mitigation strategies
