Lead and support FEA projects using ANSYS / ANSYS Workbench per customer requirements and maintain regular communication with customers.
Obtain inputs for component and sub-system assessment for stress, deformation, vibration, durability, and thermal performance.
Carry out input review and define appropriate loads, boundary conditions, and acceptance criteria.
Perform linear and non-linear stress analysis, thermal analysis, and dynamic analysis (modal and forced response).
Conduct analytical calculations using engineering fundamentals, sanity checks, and MS Excel calculators as needed.
Interpret analysis results and provide design recommendations considering manufacturing, assembly, and cost aspects.
Prepare clear and concise technical documentation and reports.
Communicate effectively across teams and maintain strong customer focus.
Engage in self-development to continuously improve skills.
