Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute all assigned projects from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with contract and client requirements.
- Site Supervision: Supervise daily activities at the site, including civil works, interior fit-outs, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations.
- Quality Control & Standards: Ensure all work adheres to architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and the hotel's brand standards.
- Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and resolve technical issues.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress, prepare and update detailed schedules, maintain records, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental standards, as well as applicable building codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintenance Coordination: Work with the hotel's engineering and maintenance teams to ensure new equipment is properly installed and integrated into preventative maintenance programs.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). An engineering license is often preferred.
- Experience: Proven working experience as a Project Engineer, with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hotel or hospitality construction projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design and visualization software like AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, building systems, and interior finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with 4/5-star hotel EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and engineering infrastructure requirements.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
