(Graduate Engineer Trainee – Program Management)
AEREKA is building a next-generation environmental technology platform focused on outdoor and semi-outdoor air purification, a multidisciplinary deep-tech product spanning mechanical engineering, airflow and filtration, electronics, sensing, firmware, industrial design, data, AI, manufacturing, and real-world deployment.
The RoleWe're looking for an engineering graduate who wants to sit at the center of a hardware product, build not behind a desk tracking status updates, but in the room where mechanical, electronics, firmware, and manufacturing decisions actually get made. You'll convert ambitious product goals into structured plans, measurable milestones, and executed outcomes working directly with engineers, vendors, and leadership to take AEREKA's product from prototype to real-world deployment.
This is an engineering-first role. You don't need to be the expert in every discipline, but you need enough technical grounding from your engineering degree to understand dependencies, ask intelligent questions, and know when an engineering update is real progress versus activity.
What You'll DoProject Planning & Execution
Cross-Functional Engineering Coordination
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Meetings, Decisions & Action Closure
Vendor & Manufacturing Coordination
AI-First Execution You'll use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and automation tools as everyday working tools to plan faster, turn meetings into structured actions, build dashboards, and improve your own and your team's execution speed. We're looking for someone who uses AI to think and execute better, not just to generate documents.
Who Should ApplyMandatory - Engineering Degree:
B.Tech / B.E. in one of:
A strong plus, not required:
An MBA / PGDM in Operations, Project Management, Technology Management, or a related field. Candidates without an MBA but with strong execution ability, technical curiosity, and a genuine interest in product/program management are equally encouraged to apply.
Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
What We Look ForDirect exposure to deep-tech hardware product development end to end: prototype design and validation, manufacturing and vendor ecosystems, testing, AI-enabled project management, and founder-level decision-making — building toward a career as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or technology-business leader.
