Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise day-to-day construction and project execution activities at the site.
Coordinate civil, structural, foundation, MEP and installation works with contractors and site teams.
Read and verify construction drawings, layouts, technical specifications and BOQs.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment and schedules.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors and labour to ensure timely completion of work.
Inspect construction work and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
Check site measurements, quantities and material requirements.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, mechanical, electrical and safety teams.
Identify technical and site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Prepare daily progress reports, measurements and project documentation.
Ensure all project activities follow safety procedures and site regulations.
