Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure clarity before execution.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, material planning, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including DPR, WPR, MIS reports, and progress dashboards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and resolve technical issues.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for updates, approvals, and reporting.
• Support procurement and contract management activities as required.

Key Requirements:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in construction/project execution roles.
• Strong understanding of project management, construction workflows, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
• Experienced in Project Planning Tools (MSP / Primavera Preferred)
• Good Analytical , Problem Solving and coordination skills
• Strong Communication Skills (Tamil Required ; English Mandatory , Hindi is a Plus)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel across project sites in chennai or nearby locations.
