The property will be IGBC-certified green and comprises fully furnished 1BHK and 2BHK apartments with world-class amenities including central air conditioning, a central gourmet kitchen, dining hall, wellness facilities, gym, indoor games, and a rooftop infinity swimming pool. Apartments are offered on a lifetime lease basis.
We invite applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the role of Project Engineer – MEP. Compensation will be best-in-class for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural teams to avoid clashes
- Prepare MEP schedules aligned with the overall project timeline
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders for timely execution
Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise and inspect on-site MEP works to ensure quality and compliance
- Oversee installation of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, drainage, fire protection systems, and BMS
- Track daily progress of contractors and resolve site-related issues promptly
Quality & Safety
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, BIS standards, and statutory regulations
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and statutory inspections
- Implement and monitor MEP-related safety standards at site
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain material approvals, inspection reports, snag lists, and as-built drawings
- Prepare regular progress reports for management
- Verify contractor bills and support the billing process
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify suitable MEP systems, materials, and vendors
- Review technical submittals and assist in procurement decisions
- Ensure timely delivery of MEP equipment and materials
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 4–8 years of experience in MEP execution for residential, commercial, or healthcare projects
- GCC experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of building services, local codes, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera; basic BIM knowledge preferred
- Ability to leverage AI tools in daily work
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and maintain site discipline
