Qualification-Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.

Experience -Minimum 12 years of experience in Industrial Projects.

Job Description

Person has knowledge for National Building Code of India 2016,Fire and Life Safety is very important for design & estimation work for bidding stage.

• Person has knowledge for Electrical: SP 30, 2011 National Electrical Code
• And person has also knowledge for Mechanical: ISHRAE HVAC Data book 2017
• System Design: MEP engineers work closely with architects and other stakeholders to design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that meet the specific needs and requirements of a building. They analyze the building's layout and purpose to determine the most appropriate system design.
• Equipment Selection: Based on the design and load calculations, MEP engineers select the appropriate mechanical and electrical equipment, such as HVAC units, pumps, generators, electrical panels, lighting fixtures, etc.
• Cost Estimation: cost estimates for the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, helping project managers and clients to budget appropriately.
• Construction Supervision: During the construction phase, MEP engineers may be involved in overseeing the installation of systems to ensure that the work is carried out correctly and meets the design specifications.
• Coordinating and administrating MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings.
• Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant sta.
