Basic Qualifications

- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC execution experience.
Role Overview
Responsible for supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems in hotel projects, ensuring high energy efficiency and compliance with design and brand requirements.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Time, Quality, and Cost shall remain the core focus parameters across, ensuring that deliverables are achieved
efficiently, within budget, and to the required standard of workmanship.
- Supervise installation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducts, and VRF systems as per approved drawings.
- Review design and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, and site teams for coordination and approvals.
- Oversee testing, balancing, and commissioning activities to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain site inspection reports, as-built documentation, and commissioning records.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams for seamless system integration.
- Monitor progress and material delivery to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor works executed by contractors and subcontractors, verify their bills, and conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and project standards.
