Project Engineer - Mechanical/Electrical

Over the years, IEC LIFTS has built and installed about 1500 plus wide range of Lifts/Elevators within India as well as across the globe.

Job Description: Project Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)

Organization: IEC LIFTS

Role:

1. Check site as per Drawing If any queries revert office. (Freeze Drawing)

2. Establish contact with customer's site execution team. (JSP - Joint Site Preparation)

After JSP meeting with the customer responsibility till handover.

Co-ordinate and ensure all owner's work is complete as per IEC LIFTS requirement.

3. Get timely approvals at client site to optimize resource utilization.

4. Plan installation activities well in advance. (Micro level activity planning expected, May require co-ordination with Stores team.)

5. JPM (Job Progress Monitor) to follow and update twice a week. (Aim - Timely completion)

6. Stage inspections Supervise and maintain quality assurance at every stage of installation (Changes made on site to be documented in job file.)

7. Plan electrical work with Mech team efficiently.

8. Should follow commercial directives in the interest of the company.

9. Extend Support to get work completion note to Electrical team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Familiarity with CAD Modelling (Reading, editing and preparing 2-D CAD Drawings)
• Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
• Willing to work on-site for co-ordination
• Willing to travel within the Pune metropolitan area, within India & overseas if required
• Own 2-wheeler
• Solid documentation skills
• Proficient with MS Office
• Professional proficiency in English & Hindi
• Conversational proficiency in Marathi

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in lift/elevator industry
