Havingminimum4--5yearsofexperienceinprojectexecution/managementfromfabricationindustry/Similarindustry,Pressurevesselsetc.

CapableofworkingindependentlyandinteractingwithallDepartments.

Goodcommunicationskills-written,spoken.

Abilitytointerfacewithseniorlevel/decisionmakers.

Abilitytolearnaboutnewproducts/technology.

Musthavepositiveattitude.

JobDescription:-

Role&Responsibility:

ResponsibleforexecutionofentireprojectstartingfromOrderReceipttoDispatch.

PreparationofoverallprojectPlan,determiningthemanufacturingoperationsandtheirsequence.

InteractionwithInternal/ExternalCustomers:

PreparationofmicrolevelscheduleinMicrosoftProject

Monitoring the project progress on a daily basis & preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.

Conductingweeklyreviewmeeting&recoverymeetingtomeetdeadlines

Providinginputstomanufacturingandinspectionfromtimetotimeforexpeditingtheproject.

Co-ordinationwithvariousdepartmentstoresolvevarioustechnical&commercialissues

Implementationofchangesresultingintocycletimereduction,costsavingandqualityimprovement

ParticipateinProposalandProjectKick-offMeetingsasrequired.

Ensurethattherightdeliverableisdevelopedanddeliveredtomeetcompany'squalitystandard,andclient

contractualrequirements.

Utilizeprojectmanagementmethodologies,systemsandtoolsasdefinedbyCompanyorcustomer.

Developandimplementrecoveryplansforoff-scheduleandun-anticipatedoccurrences.

Prepareperiodicmanagementand/orcustomerreportsandpresentations.

Manageprojectbudgetandcontrolsexpenseseffectively.

Maintainawarenessofsafetyandenvironmentalrequirements.

Negotiatedifferenceswithclientandinternalpersonneltomeetprojectgoals.

KeyTechnicalSkillsRequired:

Possessabroadunderstandingofeachengineeringdisciplinesandprojectprocedures.

Possessesageneralunderstandingofcontractmanagement administration andbusinessprincipals
.ShouldhaveworkedasaProjectEngineerforminimum4-5Years.
