Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Engineer to oversee construction projects from planning to handover. The role involves site execution, project coordination, quality control, cost monitoring, contractor management, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for candidates who are committed to a long-term career and willing to stay with the company for a minimum of two years.
- Supervise daily site activities and construction progress.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, and project measurements.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely execution.
- Review contractor bills and project documentation.
- Coordinate statutory approvals and compliance requirements.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain site records.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in apartments, high-rise construction projects.
- Experience in villas, apartments, high-rise, or commercial projects preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project/Primavera.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and site management.
- Familiarity with KMBR/KPBR regulations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects from initiation to handover.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Kerala
