Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks completion.

Responsibilities

Oversee all project activities, including on-site teams and workforce, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual scope and specifications
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to ensure works are completed according to schedule, drawings and specifications.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
Monitor and control project costs, with full accountability for financial performance and profitability
Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports, claims, safety reports, procurement lists, and ad-hoc reports
Lead project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Qualifications

At least 3 years and above of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
