Lord Krishna Builders is hiring a Project Engineer (Land & Liaison Works) to handle land conversion, statutory approvals, and government liaison activities across Kerala.
This is a non-site role, focused on documentation, approvals, and coordination with authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle land conversion (Tharam Mattal) process end-to-end
- Coordinate with Village Office, Taluk Office, and RDO
- Manage government approvals & clearances (Panchayat, Municipality, Corporation, KSEB, Water Authority, Pollution Control Board)
- Assist in legal documentation verification (Title Deed, EC, Land Tax)
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely approvals
- Coordinate internally with legal and management teams
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5–10 years experience in real estate / liaisoning / approvals
- Strong knowledge of:
- Kerala land laws
- Tharam Mattal process
- Government approval systems
