Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Deliver assigned projects on time, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead technical implementation across the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads/SMEs to clarify technical issues and coordinate workloads.
- Work with PMs and Global Programme Managers to manage scope, WBS development, and execution monitoring.
- Guide proposal team for estimation and proposal delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SSB standard procedures and compliance with audits.
Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Lead a team of engineers, improve productivity, and resolve issues.
- Manage resources effectively, assign right skills to tasks, and ensure accurate capacity planning.
- Support people development, assess team competencies, and promote multi-skilling.
- Share best practices and knowledge across teams to improve technical capability.
Process Improvement & Business Growth
- Drive project cost reduction through process improvement and reuse of engineering standards.
- Support procurement optimization and identify areas for process enhancement.
- Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning and project performance tracking.
- Strengthen GEC's position as a technology Center of Excellence (CoE).
