Role Summary

Own day-to-day site execution across commercial interior projectsfrom pre-construction to handover. Coordinate drawings, vendors and MEP services, control cost & time, maintain safety/quality, and ensure a frictionless client experience.

Location: Bengaluru (projects across KA/TN/AP/TS as needed)

Reporting to: Project Manager / Founder Projects

Type: Full-time, on-site (site-first role)

Key Responsibilities

Pre-construction

• Study GFC/IFC drawings, BOQs and specs; raise RFIs/Clashes early.
• Plan site logistics, look-aheads, manpower and micro-schedules (MS Project/Primavera/Gantt).
• Value engineering with a focus on reuse (8090% target where feasible).

Site Execution

• Supervise civil, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, glazing, painting & finishes.
• Coordinate MEP/HVAC/Fire/LV & Data with architecture for clash-free execution.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks; enforce EHS, permits & method statements.

Quality & Handover

• Implement ITPs/Checklists/Mock-ups; close snags with SLA.
• Maintain as-built drawings, O&M manuals and handover packs.

Client & Stakeholders

• Lead weekly site meetings; issue MoMs, progress photos and 2-week look-aheads.
• Escalate risks early and propose mitigation.

Must-Have Qualifications

* Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Interior/Mechanical (or equivalent).

* 1-3 site execution in commercial interiors/fit-outs (offices,F&B, warehouses, Hospitals).

* Strong reading of architectural & MEP drawings, BOQs and specs.

* Hands-on with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (or similar), Excel; basic quantity take-offs.

* Working knowledge of IS codes, fire norms, HVAC basics, EHS practices.

* Vendor & labour management; measurement & billing certification.

* Clear communication in English; Kannada/Hindi is a plus. Willing to travel.

Good to Have

* Experience in design-build environments and fast-track programs.

* Exposure to sustainable materials, modular systems, and reuse audits.

* Familiarity with BIM/Navisworks, 3D coordination, and QA systems (ITPs/NCRs).

* Lab/electronics or clean-room-adjacent projects (epoxy floors, pressure regimes, dust control).
