Role Summary
Own day-to-day site execution across commercial interior projectsfrom pre-construction to handover. Coordinate drawings, vendors and MEP services, control cost & time, maintain safety/quality, and ensure a frictionless client experience.
Location: Bengaluru (projects across KA/TN/AP/TS as needed)
Reporting to: Project Manager / Founder Projects
Type: Full-time, on-site (site-first role)

Must-Have Qualifications
* Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Interior/Mechanical (or equivalent).
* 1-3 site execution in commercial interiors/fit-outs (offices,F&B, warehouses, Hospitals).
* Strong reading of architectural & MEP drawings, BOQs and specs.
* Hands-on with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (or similar), Excel; basic quantity take-offs.
* Working knowledge of IS codes, fire norms, HVAC basics, EHS practices.
* Vendor & labour management; measurement & billing certification.
* Clear communication in English; Kannada/Hindi is a plus. Willing to travel.
Good to Have
* Experience in design-build environments and fast-track programs.
* Exposure to sustainable materials, modular systems, and reuse audits.
* Familiarity with BIM/Navisworks, 3D coordination, and QA systems (ITPs/NCRs).
* Lab/electronics or clean-room-adjacent projects (epoxy floors, pressure regimes, dust control).
