Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage execution ofhigh-end residential interior projects, ensuring superior quality, design accuracy, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise premium residential interior works on site
- Coordinate with designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and luxury finish standards
- Manage schedules, site progress, and quality inspections
- Handle snag closure and support final handover
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 58 years experience inluxury residential interior fit-outs
- Strong knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and detailing
- Excellent site coordination and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Ability to interpret interior drawings and BOQs
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
