Job Description Project Engineer (Corporate interior fit-outs)
Location- Hyderabad
Salary- Up-to 6.6LPA
As our new Project Engineer you will be the interface between project ownership and delivery. You are required to act as point of contact between the Client (or his representative), and Cherry Hill, ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
Review the GFC drawings, coordinating with consultants & providing the inputs.
Manages vendor submission shop drawings, providing inputs, and approvals.
Manages Technical submittal approval.
Coordination with Internal Team for master schedule preparation & tracking.
Preparation of material list asper approved drawing, Maintaining the material delivery
Track and material follow-up with the purchase team.
Plans sequence of works, providing inputs, and approvals for work method statements.
Manages execution of works as per approved drawing & also as per site condition.
Update, discuss daily & weekly work progress report with management team.
Regular meeting with contractors on progress of the work and material follow up.
Getting as built drawing updated.
Certifying the contractor bill and the payments.
Value engineering on designs.
Manages testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Reconciliation of the works which yields in finalization of the Project.
Variation statement verification check.
Requirement:
You are a project management professional with minimum 3 years of experience in the building construction industry, PMC or corporate interior
You have a diploma or degree in project management/ construction management or a related discipline.
You have the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customersatisfaction.
You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
