Project Engineer II – HVAC

Plan and perform project engineering assignments requiring sound technical judgment for HVAC projects

Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure compliance, safety, quality, schedule, and profitability

Oversee design, implementation, and upkeep of HVAC systems in buildings and project sites

Monitor project progress, prepare documentation, and evaluate project issues and risks

Coordinate technical disciplines, vendors, and licensors to ensure integrated and complete designs

Support preparation of project plans, schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and deliverables

Maintain high standards of performance and accountability, proactively report progress

Apply analytical and problem-solving skills for technical challenges

Use technical writing skills to prepare reports, documentation, and presentations

Participate in vendor trade shows and knowledge management initiatives

PMP certification or similar project management certification preferred
