Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution from planning to commissioning and handover
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timelines are met
  • Supervise and support installation of CIP systems, pasteurizers, pumps, valves, and piping
  • Install and commission electrical panels, instruments, and control systems
  • Perform PLC/SCADA commissioning (I/O checks, interlocks, alarms, trials)
  • Conduct FAT/SAT, troubleshoot issues, and close punch points
  • Prepare project reports, trackers, and handover documentation
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 1–4 years of experience in industrial automation, site execution, or project engineering (freshers with strong practical exposure can also be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of PLC systems (preferably Siemens S7-1200/1500) and field wiring
  • Hands-on exposure (or understanding) of process equipment and instrumentation such as flow meters, RTDs, pressure transmitters, valves, and pumps
  • Experience in installation, commissioning, or FAT/SAT activities is an added advantage
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and layout drawings
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for reporting and documentation
