About The Role
We are seeking a candidate to lead project teams in achieving horticultural objectives while ensuring optimal plant health, quality compliance, and budget management. The role involves planning and overseeing plant hydration systems, implementing pest control strategies, and advocating for sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams, fostering cohesion and productivity to achieve project objectives effectively.
Plan and oversee project design, installation, and maintenance of plant hydration systems to ensure optimal plant health. Monitor water usage and implement efficient watering practices.
Utilize technical expertise in plant health and pest management to implement strategies for disease prevention and pest control. Monitor plant health indicators and administer treatments as needed.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout horticultural projects. Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain project integrity.
Advocate for environmentally sustainable practices in horticultural projects to minimize ecological impact.
Manage project budgets efficiently, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Procure materials and services within budget constraints.
Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, specifications, and progress reports. Compile project data for reporting and performance evaluation purposes.
This role demands a proactive approach, technical proficiency, and strong leadership skills to drive successful outcomes in horticultural projects.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Horticulture/ Agriculture. MBA is a plus.
Strong understanding of Client's requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and Grooming.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a drive to exceed targets.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
