Job Brief: Execution and monitoring of the project after order receipt
Responsibilities
- Follow up with Principals, Design Team, Installation Team, Customer.
- Visit Customer Regularly to understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with the factory, visit factory
- Help execute the project profitably and efficiently
- Drive Procurement activities and help the procurement team with alternatives available.
- Installation & commissioning planning along with the service Manager
- Budgeting and adhering to cost control
- Maintaining, preparing the project planning sheet and updating the same for lead time/delays.
- Keeping management, team, and customer informed about the timelines
Qualifications and Skills
- Good & Clear Communication
- Have an engineering background and/or understanding of food processing/FMCG projects
- Should understand commercial terms, Incoterms
- Read and understand drawings
- Experience in project management tools like Microsoft Project or any other
- Experience in Equipment manufacturing / Material Handling / Automation / FMCG / Food Processing / Potato processing would be a plus.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven.
