Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in an engineering field from a recognized university with CGPA 6.5 and above
- Minimum 3 years of experience executing capital projects. Preference given to experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, power, construction, or fertilizer industry.
- Size and complexity of assigned scope will be a factor of experience, skills, and performance. Candidates with additional years of experience are expected to have:
- Diverse project experience in engineering, procurement, construction, project management and controls activities.
- Exposure to more than one of the following aspects of project execution (engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, brownfield execution, turnarounds, offshore installation, international project management assignments).
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with:
- Experience of project screening, economic analysis and concept selection.
- Strong experience in Engineering Management.
