We are urgently looking for a Project Engineer for our Process Skids Manufacturing, a leading European client based in Pune.

Role Purpose:
To manage and complete multiple projects while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 4 – 7 Years
- Preferred Industry: Dairy, Food, Beverages
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Engineering & Design:
- Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) based on process and project requirements.
- Develop equipment layouts for General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
- Draft detailed technical and equipment specifications.
Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Communicate technical requirements to suppliers and participate in the selection of equipment, instruments, and components for customer proposals.
- Analyze process requirements for equipment selection and interact with suppliers for optimization.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier offers after finalizing technical requirements.
- Support the Manager - Project & Engineering in selecting techno-commercially competent suppliers.
Project Planning & Execution:
- Assist in preparing project schedules for customer submission.
- Oversee mechanical installations, erections, process piping, CIP piping, and utility piping.
- Ensure the proper installation of electrical control panels at the site.
- Supervise system installation and commissioning at project sites.
- Ensure project handover to the customer with satisfactory performance as per specifications.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Mechanical Installations & Erection: Tanks, vessels, and structural components.
- Piping Systems: Process piping, utility piping, and structures.
- Technical Expertise:
- TIG welding and electrical installations.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD 2D, MS Office.
- Industry Standards: ASME, SMS, 3A, EHEDG, DIN.
- Domain Knowledge: Dairy products and processing.
- Strong Communication Skills: Written and oral.

- Manage end-to-end project execution.
- Ensure successful project handover to the customer.

- Execute the above responsibilities with assistance from the Head of Department (HOD).
