Job Description Summary
The Project Procurement & Package Management Consultant (PMC) will be responsible for overseeing procurement expediting, package monitoring, and contract/package closure activities for large-scale industrial/infrastructure projects at Dholera. The role involves ensuring timely procurement, seamless coordination between stakeholders, and effective tracking of package execution to maintain overall project timelines and delivery commitments.

About the role:
- Proactively monitor and expedite procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of long-lead materials and equipment.
- Track and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned work packages including Civil, MEP, and General Works packages.
- Identify procurement and execution bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth package execution and closure.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings and monitor physical progress against planned schedules.
- Maintain package-wise progress tracking systems and monitor project health indicators.
- Review contractor submissions, billing documents, and support BOQ verification and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure all contractual, financial, and technical deliverables are completed prior to package closure.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Monitor procurement schedules using MS Project/Primavera and ensure alignment with master project schedules.
- Coordinate final handover documentation including as-built drawings, final bill certifications, and closure approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation control and compliance with project standards and procedures.
About You
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle management and package execution.
- Experience in contract management, BOQ verification, and billing reconciliation.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation management skills.
- Ability to identify risks, delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project monitoring tools.
- Experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects preferred.
