Job Description:

This Customer Success role at BEAM AI is ideal for engineers, estimators, or project managers from

mechanical, civil, electrical, or construction backgrounds who want to transition into a client-facing role.

Acting as the technical expert, you'll bridge communication between customers and the estimating team

while driving adoption and success. It's a great opportunity to leverage your technical knowledge,

enhance customer relationships, and be part of a dynamic team disrupting the construction software

industry. Proficient at CSA (Civil-Structural-Architectural) trades & MEP trades. In-depth understanding of

trades across the CSI master-format.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Lead and optimize customer onboarding to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive product adoption and usage, enabling customers to realize full value from Beam AI. Manage key
  • accounts, strengthen relationships, and proactively address churn risks while driving renewals.
  • Represent Beam AI on customer calls, clarifying technical queries and communicating requirements to
  • the estimating team.
  • Track and analyze customer success metrics (CSAT, NPS, renewals, churn) to improve outcomes.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities, acting as a strategic advisor to accounts.
  • Foster customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and referrals.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Construction, or Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience in
  • construction estimating.
  • 3+ years of experience in estimating, project management, or client-facing roles particularly for US /
  • Canada customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships. Empathy, tact,
  • and professionalism under pressure.
  • Passion for customer success and delivering value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Willingness to work in a start-up setting and evening shift (aligned to US business hours). Confidence in
  • representing the company on customer calls and explaining technical details clearly.
