The Project Engineer Civil will be responsible for end-to-end construction execution, including site coordination, quality control, contractor management, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and compliant delivery. Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against schedules.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Resolve on-site technical issues related to civil works.
- Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and testing protocols.
- Verify material quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for approvals.
- Ensure safety standards and site regulations are followed.
- Support planning teams with work sequencing and resource requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of proven experience in civil construction execution.
- Strong experience in site coordination and contractor management.
- Hands-on experience in quality control and compliance checks.
- Ability to monitor and track project progress and schedules.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, drawings, and site practices.
- Proficiency in site documentation and reporting.
