Project Engineer (Civil & PEB) - Industrial & Warehouse Project

Only for Civil Engineers with PEB Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer for an Industrial /Warehouse development project with a background in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management and team handling, with experience in industrial building construction, PEB structures, and MEP works. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all phases of the projects from planning, design, construction, and delivery.

Create and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and issues proactively.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Coordinate with design and engineering teams for project planning and execution, including civil, PEB structure and MEP works.

Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Requirements:

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management and team handling, with a focus on industrial building construction, PEB structures, and MEP works.

In-depth knowledge of industrial building design and construction, PEB structures, and MEP works.

Experience in managing projects from planning to execution and delivery.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

This is an on-site position. Project location - Mappedu in Thiruvallur District, Chennai
