Job Title: ELV Project Engineer (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm)

Work Location:- Pune and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Engineer - Salary – Monthly up to 35000/- gross.
Senior Engineer - Salary – Monthly up to 45000/- gross.
Notice Period:- 15 to 20 days or Less
Position Summary
The ELV Project Engineer will be responsible for executing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects at various sites. The role involves installation, testing, commissioning of multiple ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address (PA), Fire Alarm, Building Management System (BMS), and Integrated Building Management System (IBMS). The candidate will ensure smooth project delivery, adherence to timelines, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor ELV projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
- Supervise installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of:
- CCTV & Video Surveillance
- Access Control & Attendance Systems
- Public Address (PA) and Voice Alarm Systems
- Fire Alarm & Detection Systems
- Building Management System (BMS) / IBMS
- Prepare project documentation: work schedules, progress reports, material requisitions, and as-built drawings.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize ELV systems at site.
- Ensure all work meets relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Support project billing, material reconciliation, and close-out reports.
Education & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 – 8 years of hands-on experience in ELV project execution and site management
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, PA, Fire Alarm, BMS, IBMS.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Good understanding of electrical/electronic components and cabling practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with safety practices and quality standards at construction sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team at project / site locations.
Work Environment & Other Details
- Location: Primarily project / site locations (may involve travel as required).
- Working Days: As per project requirements (including extended hours if necessary).
- Reports progress and escalations to Project co-ordinator / HOD – Building Automation.
