Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Engineer specializing in C&I and MEP for a dynamic on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Project Engineer will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with design and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with electrical and mechanical engineering standards, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also be involved in project documentation, regular progress monitoring, and troubleshooting project challenges to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in Project Management, Project Planning, and Project Engineering
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, preferably with a focus on Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in project execution and engineering roles, particularly in C&I and MEP-focused projects, is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of industry standards, relevant safety regulations, and proficiency in project management tools is a plus
