Job Description
Position Title : Engineer - Service Delivery (Avaya)
Location : Mumbai
Experience: 2-4 Yrs
- Engineer should be well versed with Avaya voice technology platform .
- He should be aware of the Avaya applications like Avaya Communication manager, Avaya System manager, Avaya session manager, Avaya AES application, Avaya SBC, Avaya gateways . Should be having exposure on these applications installation and configuration , along with their integration and commissioning .
- Avaya call management system. This all to be on Avaya version 10. Avaya version 8 and Avaya version 6.
- Avaya IP office systems He should be having good exposure on Avaya IP office PBX and their installation and commissioning as per latest platforms and versions.
- Having good experience on troubleshooting for the fault identification on Avaya Communication manager, System manager and Session manager.
- Having good experience on troubleshooting for the fault identification on Avaya IP office platform.
