Project Engineer ACMV

Job Description & Requirements

. Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements

. Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites.

. Create2D and 3D shop drawings, as-built drawings, and ensure timely updates to project documentation.

. Verify that all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and requirements.

. Be familiar with BIM, REVIT MEP, Autocad

. Able to do static calculation for ACMV system

. Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement planning.

. Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors,sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.

. Provide technical support to clients and internal project teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure quick resolution to minimize project delays.

. Engage in technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project progression.

. Prepare essential documents such as method statements, shop drawings, and work progress reports for M&E related works.

. To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.

. Make sure project is carried out according to schedule.

. Need to work night shifts and extended hours as required by site operations
