Role: Project Director (Hebbal, Bengaluru)

The Project Director Project Management Services is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end

delivery, governance, and growth of project management engagements. This role is comparable to a MD role, with ownership of large portfolios, senior client relationships, and delivery excellence, primarily across the South India region.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for all Project Management Services engagements.

Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-site construction programs.

Act as the senior escalation point for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Drive business growth through client partnerships, pre-sales support, and strategic initiatives.

Oversee delivery performance, budgets, and resource planning at a regional level.

Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, delivery standards, and best practices.

Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks proactively.

Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams for effective technology deployment.

Qualifications & Experience:

2025+ years of experience in the Construction Industry with strong exposure to PMC, EPC, or large infrastructure programs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred); Master's degree in Construction Management or MBA is a strong advantage.

Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as Project Director, Regional Head, or Delivery Head.

Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large project portfolios.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
