Project Director

Job Title: Project Director (ID6064)
Location: Kaki bukit
Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 9 am- 6pm
Salary: up to $15,000

Key Responsibilities:
. Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and markets to grow company reach and market share.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, distributors, and partners.
. Lead sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship teams to drive growth.
. Manage corporate development projects such as joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, investments, and strategic planning.
. Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare strategic presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
. Oversee project tendering, budgeting, contract negotiation, and cost control in renovation and construction projects.
. Lead and support quantity surveyors and project management teams resolve contractual and legal issues.
. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and site meetings ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
. Prepare reports, proposals, and post-project reviews to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
