Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the hospital redevelopment project, ensuring robust governance, effective decision-making, and alignment with organizational, CSR and public healthcare objectives.
• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards while coordinating with consultants, PMCs and contractors.
• Build and manage relationships with government authorities, hospital administration, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely approvals.
• Liaise with Government of Rajasthan, RNT Medical College administration and other regulatory authorities.
• Oversee project budgeting, procurement, contract management, vendor performance, and financial governance to drive cost optimization and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, medical and quality standards while driving risk management, audits and quality assurance across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with medical standards, NABH/NMC guidelines and statutory regulations.
• Monitor project progress through KPIs, dashboards, site reviews and periodic reporting to leadership, ensuring effective performance tracking and governance.
• Champion innovation by integrating smart and sustainable healthcare solutions while leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, accountability and operational excellence.

Desired Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / architecture / healthcare management
• Master's degree (MBA / MHA / Project Management) preferred
• 20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or healthcare projects
• Proven track record of managing projects with high CAPEX (₹1000 Cr+ preferred)
• Experience working with government stakeholders and public sector projects
• Strong background in hospital planning / redevelopment projects desirable
