Project Director — High-Rise Residential PMC

Experience: 25+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee overall project execution for large-scale high-rise residential developments.

* Monitor project progress, timelines, construction quality and site execution.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Review project progress and address execution challenges and site-level issues.

* Oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications and project requirements.

* Drive effective coordination across multiple stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Requirements

* 25+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.

* Strong experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.

* Strong site execution and PMC experience.

* Hands-on experience with Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering systems.

* Strong understanding of construction project execution and project coordination.

* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
