Position: Project Director (Residential & Hospitality)

Work Location: BKC, Mumbai (HO) - (Local candidates preferred)

Reporting to: Managing Director

CTC Offered: 50-60 Lacs max

Age Limit: max 50

Working Days: Alternate Saturday's Off

Purpose of the Role

Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and overall management of assigned projects in alignment with the organization's business objectives. The role involves driving project strategy, ensuring timely project launches and development, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management, or leadership roles within the real estate and hospitality sectors
• Proven experience in handling multiple large-scale real estate and hospitality projects
• Strong expertise in business expansion, stakeholder management, negotiations, and strategic partnerships
• Demonstrated experience as a P&L Head with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of driving business growth, project execution, and achieving financial targets
