About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Project Delivery Manager / ODC Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for our India-based teams supporting one of our key banking client.
This role is responsible for ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery, while building a strong culture of accountability, discipline, and ownership within the team
Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end delivery across projects/accounts
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve bottlenecks
- Drive project governance (status reporting, reviews, metrics)
Team Accountability & Discipline
- Drive a culture of ownership, punctuality, and accountability
- Ensure adherence to:
- Work schedules / office presence
- Timesheet compliance
- Delivery commitments
- Address performance issues and implement corrective actions
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage expectations, escalations, and feedback
- Ensure high client satisfaction
Operational Excellence
- Improve delivery processes and efficiency
- Drive resource planning and utilisation
- Collaborate with leadership on performance and capability building
Qualifications
- 10–18 years of experience in IT services / project delivery / ODC management in banking environment
- Proven experience managing offshore delivery centres (ODC)
- Experience in banking industry is mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to drive team accountability and performance
- Experience managing large teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
