Job Requirements
Job Title: Project Delivery Lead
Department/Function: Operations – Project Management and Quality Assurance
Job Purpose: The person will be responsible for managing end-to-end Platform Support and Infrastructure Support operations, including monitoring system performance, ensuring availability and reliability, coordinating with internal teams, and driving timely incident resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Application Support & Incident Management
Troubleshoot application issues and ensure quick resolution.
Handle incident management lifecycle including logging, tracking, escalation, resolution, and RCA.
Ensure all incidents are resolved within defined SLAs.
Use JIRA for incident tracking, workflow management, and reporting.
Security & Vulnerability Management
Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
Identify security gaps and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with internal IT teams for timely fixes and risk mitigation.
Application deployment management
Ensure smooth rollouts with minimal business disruption.
Track changes and deployments using JIRA or change management tools.
Infrastructure – On Prem & Cloud both
Perform server-level monitoring, health checks, and audits.
Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance with policies.
Coordinate with infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Capacity planning for On-prem & Cloud infrastructure
Analyze system utilization and recommend scaling or optimization.
Ensure efficient use of infrastructure resources.
Monitor infrastructure via dashboards and alerts.
Proactively identify issues and prevent system downtime.
Maintain dashboards for performance and availability tracking.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS). Computer Engineering (B.Tech)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 10 - 15 years of relevant experience
