Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project management activities and ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, preparing minutes of meetings (MOM), and supporting project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Schedule and organize project meetings and discussions.
- Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track action items.
- Monitor project progress and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Assist in project planning and coordination activities.
- Follow up with teams on deliverables and deadlines.
- Support communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills
