We are seeking highly motivated Project Coordinators to join our India office. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage client-facing projects in a fast-paced telecom SaaS environment.
Role & responsibilities:-
- Coordinate and manage telecom SaaS projects from initiation to delivery.
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
- Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement activities.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure proactive resolution.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Candidate Profile:-
- Graduate or higher degree. Candidates with exposure to American universities education will be preferred.
- Currently based in India; willing to work from office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, telecom operations, or project management tools is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
