We are hiring a Project Coordinator to manage technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support product customers and service project clients. The role requires strong technical understanding, project coordination skills, and adaptability to AI-driven project management tools.
Key Responsibilities

- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Serve as a liaison between developers and users, clients and companies, and management and IT.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Define and document customer business functions and processes.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Extract, anticipate, constrain, organize, safeguard, simplify, and verify business requirements.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input/output requirements, and levels of system access.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Analyze the feasibility of, and develop requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure system design fits user needs.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Assist in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Contribute during different phases of project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Be proficient in technical documentation and understand technology enablers (AI tools, cloud platforms, APIs, ERP systems) to support business growth.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Must be from an IT background.
Domain Exposure (Preferred)
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) used in product and service projects.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Exposure to Odoo ERP (modules, apps, customization, implementation workflows) is a strong plus.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Familiarity with modern web & mobile development stacks, APIs, and cloud deployment environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Around 2–3 years of total relevant experience in a technology service domain.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Proven track record of exhibiting analytic and managerial skills.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Strong communication and coordination skills.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Good understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
