Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Mohali (On-site)

Experience: 4–6 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Description:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and support all key aspects of project implementation. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and senior management to ensure successful project execution within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. We're looking for someone with excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and documentation skills to support seamless project management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations regarding scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Define the scope of work and develop a work breakdown structure (WBS).
  • Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely follow-ups and completion.
  • Develop effort and cost estimates for project execution.
  • Adhere to defined implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, risks, and issues, taking corrective actions when required.
  • Implement and manage integrated change control processes.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Track and analyse client-reported issues, conducting root cause analysis to ensure resolution.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings following Agile methodologies.
  • Maintain and track client-specific change requests and project backlogs.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed as per the agreed timeline and budget.
  • Prepare and share weekly project status reports (internal & external).
  • Coordinate internal resources and offshore teams for seamless project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management in IT/software projects

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Hands-on experience in project planning, task management, and delivery tracking

• Ability to create and manage WBS, timelines, and resource allocation

• Experience in handling client communication and stakeholder management

• Good knowledge of risk management, issue tracking, and change management

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar

• Strong experience in reporting (weekly status reports, dashboards, etc.)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills

• Experience working with offshore teams and global clients

 Good to Have:

• Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven projects

• Certifications like Scrum Master / PMP (preferred)

• Familiarity with client-facing roles in product-based environments
