Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our SFA & DMS projects in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing project timelines, resources, and communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and information.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Ensure that project deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Support the project team in the execution of tasks and provide administrative support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
