We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project execution, manage coordination activities, and ensure smooth communication across teams and stakeholders. This role is critical in maintaining project timelines, operational alignment, and delivery efficiency.

Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator at Scry AI, you will work closely with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to support planning, tracking, and execution of projects. You will help manage schedules, documentation, communication, and reporting to ensure projects progress efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Tracking

  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities and timelines
  • Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
  • Support monitoring of milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Coordinate communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings, prepare updates, and maintain project documentation
  • Ensure timely flow of information across project teams

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain project records, reports, and status trackers
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and action items
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support day-to-day project operations and execution activities
  • Assist in resource coordination and task management
  • Help identify risks, delays, or operational bottlenecks

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve coordination workflows
  • Support adherence to project processes and standards
  • Contribute to improving operational efficiency and communication

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and reporting
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
